Terms of Sales

Deposit
Your reservation will be considered firm and final unless we deposit worth:
- 50% of total price for a one night stay
- The amount of a night for stays less than 4 nights
- The amount of 2 nights for stays over 4 nights
If unable to type the deposit is not returned. In case of dispute, the hotel management and the client will refer to the notes of the DGCCRF.

No show at the hotel (no-show)
The customer agrees to be automatically debited for the price of the room number on his credit card if he does not and has not canceled 24 hours before arrival date.
The rules governing the deposit remain applicable.

Interrupted stay
For any interruption of residence not reported the day before departure, the value of one night will be charged by the hotel for compensation.

Check
All reservations are held until 18 hours.
In case of late arrival the hotel reception should be prevented.

Arrival and departure
Rooms are available from 14 hours
Rooms must be vacated by 11 am 30.
